About Dr. Evans

Chenita Evans, Ed.D is the Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of e2 Inspired. As the Lead Professional Development Facilitator, she partners with organizations and institutions to improve professional environments and achievement results. After spending more than a decade working for large institutions as an instructional leader, Dr. Evans knows what truly drives change and success. It’s how well you connect and communicate with people you support, bearing in mind that understanding is a two-way relationship.

Dr. Evans began her work as a trained leader and certified educator with a focus on curriculum and instruction with our most disadvantaged and marginalized populations before advancing as a professional development facilitator to institutions of all sizes. In her role, she spearheaded training and development, increasing collaboration and cultivating an understanding of culture & diversity through difficult dialogue. Her commitment to a growth mindset has resulted in Dr. Evans contributing to effective work environments and increased student achievement. Dr. Evans holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with an from Kennesaw State University.
